Fresh Wort Galaxy Pale Ale


A light Australian style pale ale with a generous amount of wheat malt. Lightly bittered with Galaxy and Amarillo, finished with Galaxy in the whirlpool.

Malts: Pilsner, ale, and wheat

Mash temperature: 65°C

Hopping: 23 IBU Galaxy and a dash of Amarillo

Recommended yeast: Safale US-05, Lallemand New England East Coast or BRY-97

Modifications: Dry hop with either straight Galaxy or in combination with Amarillo, at 2 to 5 grams per litre.
