A honey coloured double IPA with slight nutty flavours. Undiluted gravity 1074.
Malts: Ale, pilsner and SuperNova
Mash temperature: 65°C
Hopping: 77 IBU @16 litres, 62 IBU @ 20 litres , Citra, Mosaic and Centennial
Recommended yeast: Safale US-05, Lallemand New England East Coast, or Lallemand BRY-97 West Coast
Modifications: Dry hop at 2 to 5 grams per litre with Citra, Mosaic or similar. For full expression of the style add only two litres of water.
